Format
The league will be team stroke play utilizing gross and net scores. One scorecard per team will be issued. You must exchange scorecards prior to the start of your round. Please return the signed and attested scorecards to the D.H. clubhouse following the completion of your round. For the maintenance of handicaps, each player should keep another scorecard with their individual score so that this can be submitted to the course handicapper. The league will be competitive based on individual handicaps. The first two weeks of play will establish each player’s handicap. If you are interested in being a substitute for this league you will need to play the course (front nine) two times to establish your D.H. handicap.
Play
League play will consist of eighteen holes every Tuesday morning. The league will use tee times that begin at 9:30 am. Each team will need to be available for any of these tee times; however, your team may indicate a preference for early or late starting times, we will attempt to honor these requests as much as possible. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tee time, so that you are ready to go at that time. A “Calendar of Events” will be issued at the league meeting that will be held in the D.H. restaurant on April 9th at 5:30.

All USGA rules will apply. See the Central PA EWGA Specific Rules for all leagues. There are no specific rules for the Dauphin Highlands course. The pace of play must be maintained. Your foursome should be no more than ½ a hole behind the foursome in front of you. Warnings will be issued and penalties may be assessed for continuing slow play.

The cost to play and ride is $30.00. A fee of $30.00 will be collected at the beginning of the season for prize money.
Substitution Policy
