Fusion Personal Fitness accommodates personal training clients of all different ages, medical conditions and levels of experience. She is prepared to work with you and your health care provider (if necessary) to assist you in developing and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. Personal training services are offered for the Miami Valley and include a medical history and fitness assessment. Fusion's programs are designed based upon your current health and fitness level taking into consideration your long-term goals and objectives.
