Library Views

There are two options for viewing items in a Library:

1.)  Folder View (the default)

2.)  List View

Folder View

For those that wish to see a Windows Explorer folder type of hierarchy, there is the Folder View.

To locate a file in the folder view, click on the plus sign (+) to the left of the folder name. In the example below, the Chapter Operations manual was expanded.

The three folders in the Chapter Operations folder do not have a  plus sign “+” next to them since they are the final folders in this group. 1. To view the contents of a file, click on the name next to it. In the example below, the League Section (highlighted in blue) was chosen. 2. The file contains a word document entitled League Section. Double clicking on the name of the document opens the View Document window.

Simply click on the hyperlink under File (s) in this Document to download.

If the document had multiple files in it, you can click on each document to download it or, if you need all the documents in the file, click the “download all” button in the window.

List View

To view documents in the List View, click on the “Switch to List View” link. Found under the Leadership title. Note: You may toggle back and forth between the List View and Folder View by clicking on the “Switch to” link.

The List View puts all document folders in alpha order. Since there are over 200 folders, this will take a few “next page” clicks to view all of the folders. To save time, use the search feature when looking for a specific document.
