Golf education is an important part of the LPGA Women Who Play mission statement. The Minnesota Metro Chapter thanks our professional partners for working with us.

All LPGA Women Who Play golf, social and education events are open to beginners. We offer beginners' leagues that combine instruction with weekly play on short 9-hole executive courses. If there is sufficient interest, we will sponsor weekend lessons as part of a package that includes "play days" with on-course professional assistance.

If you are a new golfer, our golf professional partners provide education programs to help you learn the basics of the game and start to play on the golf course. The new golfer brochure is an excellent way to help a friend or business associate get into the game of golf.

Our mentor program pairs more experienced golfers with beginner golfers who live in their area or share common professions or interests. Mentor and learner arrange with one another to play at area courses or practice together. At the beginning and close of the season, there will be optional outings for each mentor/learner team.

We look forward to providing programs for all our members.
