Prospective Members and New Golfers
Insights and invitation from Evalyne Bryant-Ward, EWGA-SMD Membership Director:

Often I encounter women in different walks of life. Because I am the membership chairman for the SMD EWGA, I invite them to join us. The most prevailing excuse given is "I don't know how to play." That is perhaps the worse... reason to not play. Golf is like so many other things, you only get better with time. Take lessons and then hit the course with like minded individuals whose primary purpose is to promote you, not judge you. Join the EWGA Southern Maryland Chapter. We will help you have fun while you learn.
