There are two types of searches on the Members Clubhouse. The first is the search that you see to the right on the menu bar.

This searches the entire website. This includes discussions (e-groups), web pages, the Marketplace.
The second search option is that used by the Library. Once again, there are two ways to get there.
1.) From the top navigation menus, go to Resources>Search Library.

2.) If you are already in the library, click on the Search Library Button at your left.

Use the subject of the item to be searched for. In the example below, Manual was used as the search criteria.

Just like using a search engine on the Internet, the more specific you can give the information, the more refined your results will be.
If the document is something that you need to refer to often (such as the Chapter Playbook), you can add it to your favorites. Simply click on the Add to Favorites hyperlink on the right. To access items that were saved in the favorites file, go to Resources>My Favorites.
Advanced Document Search
To find a document, use the Search Library tool. You can get to this by clicking the Search Library button (column at left) or from the navigation menu, click on Resources>Search Library. It will bring you to the Search library option
You have the following options when searching for something posted on the Members Clubhouse:
Search Library Basic
- By terms
- Creation Date
- Document Number
- Posted by
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Email address
5. Approved in the Last ___ Days.
6. Seach by File Type

Search Library Advanced
This area gives a more refined search capability by including all folders the user has access to. Thus, a leader will have more folders than a member.
A Member’s View is as follows:

Search File Type
- Image
- Spread Sheet
- Document
- Zip Archive
- Web Page
- Audio
- Presentation
- Video
