Pumpkin Ridge

90-DEGREE RULE ENFORCED ALL SUMMER; long but walkable

Play where the LPGA pros have played when you join the EWGA Portland league at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club, one of the country's premier semi-private courses. The Safeway Classic was staged on Ghost Creek's public side for several years, with its meandering creeks, undulating hills and long holes providing a challenge to even the world's best women golfers.

Pumpkin Ridge is located about 25 minutes west of downtown Portland just off U.S. 26, surrounded by the farmland of North Plains and the mountain vistas of the Cascades and Coast Range. Proving to be so popular when EWGA Portland returned after an absence of a few years, the Pumpkin Ridge League remains at three months after having started at one.
